The following terms and conditions are only applicable to purchases made at www.pecasecalor.pt.
Right of Free Resolution
For purchases made in our online store, returns/exchanges are accepted within the first 14 days after the customer receives the goods, under the terms of the right to free resolution, provided for in Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14.
You may do so, provided the following conditions are met:
- The returned item must be intact and without any marks/damage from use.
- You will have to return the item together with its packaging, manuals and accessories in an undamaged condition.
- Along with the returned item, you will have to attach the invoice or a copy of the invoice containing the same item.
The following contracts are excluded from the Right of Free Termination within the indicated 14-day period:
- Specific products (products that are not part of our stock and that were specifically ordered at the customer's request);
- Exchanges or returns of products that require original packaging or are susceptible to humidity and have torn or damaged brand packaging seals will not be accepted.
In order to exercise their right of free resolution, the customer must communicate their decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, via email: clientes@pecasecalor.pt.
In the event of exercising the right of free resolution, the customer will bear the full costs of returning the goods, except for those that cannot be returned by regular mail. In the case of returning goods that by their nature cannot be returned normally by post, the customer must bear the direct costs of said return.
In the event of violation of any of these points, we will not be able to accept the return (and consequent refund) or exchange.
