Peças e Calor has a delivery service from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
- Orders completed and paid by 12:00 PM will be shipped on the same business day. After this time, the order will be shipped the next business day.
- Weekends and holidays are not considered business days, therefore, the order will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping is always done in the order in which orders are received.
- All items are packed in Parts and Heat with the utmost care and with Parts and Heat packaging, if you notice that the packaging is damaged and without our custom adhesive tape, report it immediately on the driver's record.
Carrier
Our preferred carrier is CTT, which undertakes to make deliveries the day after the order is collected from Peças e Calor's facilities.
If delivery has not been made the day after collection, the customer must immediately report this to our services by email at clientes@pecasecalor.pt
Reception
We ask that when receiving your order from our carrier, you check the status of the box(es) and always mention anything you detect during delivery, such as: "Damaged box"; "Box with drop marks"... on the driver's receipt, as well as always checking the contents of your order inside the box(es) whenever possible, so that, in the event of any product being damaged or missing, a service claim can be made immediately and insurance can be activated to cover all damage/theft.
However, after accepting the order and during its opening, if you detect any damage caused by transport, you must contact us via email on the day of delivery to the email address: clientes@pecasecalor.pt .
If the procedure described above is not observed, Peças e Calor reserves the right to decline any responsibility for the Status of the Order.
