Conditions of Sale

The purchase of products in our online store (www.pecasecalor.pt) requires the acceptance of the Purchase Conditions that we describe.

We therefore recommend that you read them carefully and only proceed with your order if you agree with them.

The customer must provide Peças e Calor with an email address, as well as an updated telephone number, in case of any need for contact, if necessary.

How to Order

To place an order, the user must have an email account and their browser must be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, in order to benefit from all the browsing conditions of the Peças e Calor online store.

Placing an order in our online store is easy:

1. Search and find the product to be purchased;
2. Add selected products to the shopping cart;
3. Complete the purchase;
4. Select the payment option;
5. Review your order;
6. Proceed with payment and confirm the order;

Your order is confirmed when you select the “Confirm Order” button at the end of the purchase process.

When Peças e Calor receives your order, a message with your order number and all its details will appear on the screen.

The purchase agreement is finalized at this point.

An order confirmation is sent to your email. We suggest you print or download this copy for future reference.

Peças e Calor reserves the right not to accept your order, or to cancel it even after automatic confirmation, if it is found that payment for the products has not been made, or for any other circumstances.

Peças e Calor may not process orders that do not have sufficient guarantee of good collection, when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products ordered are no longer available.

In the cases mentioned, we will inform you by email that the sales contract was not concluded and that Peças e Calor did not proceed with the sale, specifying the reasons for this.

If an order has been placed and payment has been made for products that are no longer available, you will be contacted by our services, providing you with a delivery time for the desired product or proposing an alternative product, if applicable.

If none of the options are accepted by the customer, Peças e Calor will refund the amount paid for the unavailable products.

By submitting the order form you are accepting the general purchase conditions, as well as other conditions existing at www.pecasecalor.pt

Reasons for non-acceptance of an order

As already mentioned in the previous point, Peças e Calor reserves the right to refuse any order in the following situations, exempt from liability for any damages or costs:

• Due to lack of stock (where we will contact the customer to resolve the situation in the best possible way).
• Incorrect information in customer data (which makes it impossible to bill and ship the order).
• Payments not received within 24 hours of order acceptance.
• Existence of an error in the price quote.

Prices

• The prices shown in the online store include the current Tax on Circulation of Goods and Services (ICMS).
• The prices of the products presented on the website are subject to change and Peças e Calor reserves the right to change prices, at any time, and without prior notice.
• Please note that even though the website is updated with extreme care and frequency, it is possible that the price information may contain errors in its quotation. In this case, Peças e Calor does not commit to the offer and reserves the right to cancel your order, in the event of such an error.

Due to possible changes by suppliers or manufacturers of products, the images on the website may not exactly correspond to those of the actual product, with its characteristics remaining constant.
